Roscommon County Council has granted planning permission to the design of our family dwelling house overlooking Oakport Lake in Cootehall. The design deals with the challenging site by placing the living spaces on the upper floor and digging the house into the hill. This ensures that the livings places are accessible to the garden and have great views of Oakport Lake. The clever selection of materials ensures that the house keeps a compact design which still having a pleasing and unique appearance.
