We are pleased to share an update on the construction progress of this eco friendly residence which we have designed in Killiney, Co. Dublin. As the project advances, a significant enhancement has been made with the addition of a cutting-edge photovoltaic roofing system. 

BIPV technology seamlessly integrates solar panels into the building structure, eliminating the need for separate installations and preserving the aesthetic integrity of the residence. The Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) system diminishes the environmental footprint of the residence, reduces expenditure on electricity and offers a visually appealing alternative to traditional solar panels.

The BIPV system, which saves on the use of slate, has proven to be an attractive alternative to Tesla Solar Roof which was not available. The residence, with its stunning view over Dalkey Island and Dublin Bay, stands as a beacon of sustainable living within the residential fabric of Killiney, Co. Dublin.
