Clare County Council has granted planning permission for our latest sustainable house project located between Bunratty and Shannon. Designed by our experienced architects following eco-friendly principles with a focus on passive house design, this project combines sustainability with cost-efficiency.
The house plans optimise passive solar gains through careful orientation and layout, ensuring reduced energy use and enhanced comfort for the occupants. By prioritising low-cost, sustainable solutions, we’ve demonstrated that building an eco-conscious home can be done on a budget.
Although the planning application was for a house of a mere 125m.sq., we used our expertise in creating environmentally responsible dwellings to create a well laid out and efficient house to include 4 bedrooms and ample living space. As the cost of construction is an important factor these days, making the most of every square inch matters.
