What a great location for a site visit, with a great view over Dalkey Island and Dublin Bay beyond. There has been a lot of activity on site, with the timber frame reaching roof level. We have gone to great lengths to make sure that the timber frame is optimised, designed and built to incorporate the ventilation system.
The photo below shows the distribution duct for the ventilation system being built into the floor joists. This saves space and allows for extra tall ceilings. A choice of a timber frame has optimised building on this restricted site with challenging access. The house design is really taking shape, with most of the rooms having great views and daylight. Looking forward to our next site visit already.
