We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the construction of this stunning home near Birr, County Offaly. The scaffolding has been dismantled unveiling the house’s exterior. Progress is evident, with the structure taking shape and its unique features being revealed, including vernacular corrugated cladding.
Designed in accordance with Passivhaus principles, this eco friendly house prioritises energy efficiency and sustainability. The client, who runs a sustainably focused printing and graphic design business, The Factory (www.thefactory.ie), brings their eco-conscious values to the forefront of this project.
